How Can severe Itchiness In The Penis Shaft Be Treated?

Hello doctor. I have itching in penis forehead, and some white stuff coming out daily, and also a dot spots I found both sides of my penis. I had unprotected sex. After the sex, I noticed these problems. I applied coconut oil daily, it seems much better works, but does not cures fully. I m facing this problem for more than 6 month. And also applying coconut oil right from the start. Doctor my question is. Is this a STD.? Is it permanently curable? What should I do to cure this permanently? And can I apply itchguard for this problem. And is it suggest able to apply itchguard on my penis forehead? Please reply. Thank you

Hello, Thanks for the query.
After having unprotected sex, it is possible to have a number of infections including STDs, provided the the partner already had any infection.
The details given mostly point towards having a fungal infection of the penis. It is better to use an antifungal skin preparation (Candid B cream), plus an oral dose of antifungal drugs (fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 8 weeks). Thanks.
